Join us for a thoughtfully curated afternoon of inspiration, learning, and connection within the art of sacred calligraphy.
The event will begin with a warm welcome and intention-setting, followed by a live calligraphy talk and demonstration by Shazia Osman, exploring the spiritual and expressive dimensions of sacred script. Guest calligrapher Zakariyya will then offer a complementary talk and live demo, sharing insights into technique, discipline, and traditional practice.
There will be time to pause, connect, and network, alongside an interactive creative session where participants can explore their own calligraphy practice. Activities will include guided word exercises, collaborative artwork, and opportunities to experiment with tools and styles in a relaxed, supportive environment.
We’ll close the afternoon with a reflective gathering and open networking, giving space to share work, exchange ideas, and build meaningful creative connections.
