During this 2‑hour gathering you will:
• Set gentle intentions for your day and your week
• Sink into a relaxing sound bowl session to calm your mind and body
• Be guided through reflective journaling prompts to process your thoughts and emotions
• Share (optional) insights and reflections in a supportive community space
What to bring:
• A journal or notebook and your favorite pen
• A yoga mat or blanket to lie or sit on
• Water, sunscreen, and anything else to keep you comfortable at the park
Who this is for:
• Anyone craving a reset, creative reflection, or a moment of stillness
• All experience levels are welcome—no prior meditation or journaling experience needed
We’ll meet at Memorial Park in Jacksonville, FL. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled so we can begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
