Movement as Ritual. Wellness as Celebration!

Join us for a mind-body-wellness experience centered on the health and healing of Black Women in Northeast Ohio. This special event invites you to choose your own path to restoration and empowerment through one of two mind-body wellness experiences:

Purchase a ticket for either -

  • An energizing ride with Harness Cycle
  • A restorative yoga and sound bath session with SoulYoga

Our event will be anchored by mental health grounding by The Clarity Couch.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for both offerings?

No! Choose one ticket type - either Harness Cycle or SoulYoga.

How is parking at The Vitrolite / Harness Cycle?

Parking in Ohio City can be limited — we recommend arriving early! - Free parking is available on nearby side streets - Paid parking available at the Church + State lot and the Transformer Station lot

Will refreshments be available?

Of course! After our session, stay for light refreshments and snacks as we reflect, reset, and reconnect.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 11a and the event begins *promptly* at 11.30a. Get there early!

I have never done a cycling class or yoga - am I welcome?

Whether it’s your first time on a bike or yoga mat, or you’re already in flow — you are welcome here! This event is all about meeting you where you are, embracing movement as ritual, and celebrating wellness as celebration and liberation.

Can we know more about the mental health practitioners?

Of course! The Clarity Couch Counseling Services is a mental health organization based in Cleveland, Ohio. Tiya Williams, LPCC-S and Carmen Williams, LPC will be with us for "Sacred Motion" providing culturally inclusive, professional mental health guidance. | https://theclaritycouch.com/
