Sacred Flow is a 9–12 month  journey for women seeking grounded healing, spiritual embodiment, and sustainable leadership.

This is not a class. This is not a workshop. This is Sacred Flow.A 9–12 month initiatory journey for women ready to heal deeply, embody their power, and live in alignment.Monthly in-person ritual Somatic healing Ancestral remembrance Land-based initiationIf your spirit is asking for consistency—not another quick fix—this may be your call.✨ Auburn, WA ✨ Limited cohort ✨ Application required FAQ's <ul><li>What it is: A 9–12 month, in-person initiatory journey for Black and Brown women of the diaspora, rooted in ancestral healing, somatic ritual, and embodied leadership.</li><li>Who it’s for: Black and Brown women ready for depth, consistency, and accountability—not quick fixes or drop-in healing.</li><li>Who it’s not for: Those seeking therapy, coaching, virtual access, or short-term transformation.</li><li>Format: Monthly, full-day, in-person gatherings at Sacred Land Collective (Auburn, WA). No hybrid option. Sessions are not recorded.</li><li>Why in person: The land, travel, presence, and shared ritual space are part of the medicine.</li><li>Practices include: Somatic and breath-based work, ritual and ceremony, ancestral remembrance, collective witnessing. Some practices are womb-centered and held with care.</li><li>Gender inclusion: Open to AFAB and trans Black and Brown participants who feel aligned with womb-centered material.</li><li>What it’s not: Not therapy, not coaching, not performance spirituality.</li><li>Commitment: Participants apply with the intention to complete the full journey. This is not a casual or exploratory program.</li><li>Cohort size: Intentionally small. Application required. Not all applicants are accepted.</li><li>Investment: Requires meaningful time, energy, and financial commitment. Details shared upon application.</li><li>Core truth: Sacred Flow is not designed to include everyone. It is designed to restore, remember, and strengthen Black and Brown women of the diaspora.</li></ul>
