Sacred Bliss Goddess Soirée is a sacred space for those identified as women to gather and embrace their Divine Feminine energies. You can expect to leave feeling celebrated and joyful.
Participants should bring a journal, wear clothing that is comfortable and that they feel good in, and bring a yoga mat and blanket.

Circling with other women in a trauma-informed container offers an opportunity to learn how to create a “safe enough” space and be able to share stories about ancestors, race, sexuality, and sensuality. It’s also a space to explore the concept of pleasure as a form of spiritual activism. Collectively, we look at the importance of healing ancestral, religious, and sexual traumas as a path of resistance. Lucia will offer:
Somatic and Tantric breathwork
Somatic touch techniques
Embodied meditation tools
Sacred technology option 🍄
All are used for regulating the autonomic nervous system and facilitating the release of stored trauma and welcoming pleasure.
Lucia will also share resources and knowledge of sacred fungi and how they can be used as tools of spiritual awareness as well as healing.
You will have the option to consensually participate in a Sacred Earth Technology ceremony during this gathering.
Fasting is recommended for journey work. We will have snacks available for after.
About your facilitator:
Lucia Pavone is a trauma-informed Somatic Sex Educator, Sexological Bodyworker & Sacred Dao Pelvic Practitioner. She is currently a graduate student at CIIS (California Institute of Integral Studies) part of the Women, Gender, Spirituality and Social Justice program. She wears many hats including international speaker, MushWomb Strega, tarot reader, Temple Priestess, and instructor of the art of sensual pleasure. But, her most prized role is being a mother.
Lucia is dedicated and passionate about supporting people to embody their sensuality and love their juicy bodies, so they can free themselves from shame & traumas and have a life worth bragging about.
