On every call MY commitment to you is to give you my very BEST during every session. AND, I’m asking the same of you. Please adhere to the following 7 rules of engagement:
1. Show up on time every week and participate. I’m not going to be talking at you, I’ll be talking with you.
2. Ask questions! If you are thinking that you’ll just show up and listen the whole time, you’ve joined the wrong coaching program.
3. Be in front of a computer – I’ll be sharing my screen to walk you through several systems, documents and slides.
4. Make sure that you are in a quiet environment. If that’s not possible, please mute your system so others can focus.
5. Bring at least one question or challenge to the call every week. This is all about you!
6. Share your wins and your learning experiences.
7. Respect the group
Don't forget to invite a friend! This is an open event, and we welcome all agents from any brokerage, franchise, and market area to join us. So, invite your friends, colleagues, broker, and other industry professionals to join us.
