She and her partner also founded <a href="https://www.greenthumbgardenfarms.com/" title="https://www.greenthumbgardenfarms.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Green Thumb Farms</a>, a 23-acre Certified Naturally Grown farm in San Juan Bautista, where they grow a diverse variety of veggies. They utilize the same farming practices that have been passed down through generations, taking great pride in their efforts to enhance soil health.

Quintero believes that Real food should be made with the best ingredients available, be intentional and inspired, and that success should also be measured by social and environmental impact.
