Why attend?

If there’s one absolute truth about virtually every successful business leader it’s this –

They have an obsession for improvement. They want today to be better than yesterday, and tomorrow to be better than today.

One of the surest ways to optimize excellence is to ensure that every person on your team is encouraged and equipped to contribute at the very highest level they are willing and able to offer.

Call it potential … promise … possibility … or whatever you like. Bottom line, people have far more excellence to give than what’s prescribed in the “job box” of their position descriptions.

Ask yourself the following questions:

1. What kind of impact would it have on team members if they felt heard and taken seriously when they offer ideas for making improvements in the workplace?

2. What would it do for your organization if every team member came forward with at least one idea for improvement every month?

3. How do you think people would feel, and how would they perform, if they were encouraged to learn and grow continuously, and they were supported in doing that?

4. What kind of effect would it have on your team if acknowledgment and appreciation were imbedded in regular work routines rather than trophies and awards?

5. How would people respond if you used accountability as a ladder to lift them up to their potential instead of a club to beat them down when they make mistakes or struggle with their performance?

6. How would it change your approach to resolving performance issues if you started by considering that the problem could be in the process rather than the people?

7. What would it do for your business if you knew that every process was operating at peak performance – and continuously getting better than before?

If the answers to those questions get you excited about the potential impact they could have on your team’s performance and business operations, then this webinar is for you!

In this enlightening 3-part webinar series, you will specifically learn how to:

  • Create an intentional habit for improvement to break the default habit of doing things the same way over and over again!
  • Ensure your processes are working as your servant, not your master!
  • Define success in terms of optimizing ongoing potential rather than achieving fixed goals.
