Advanced Movement Seminar
-Butterfly Pull-up/Butterfly C2B
-Advanced Handstand Skills (Handstand Walking, Deficit HSPU, Pirouettes, Freestanding HSPU)
-Misc Advanced Skills (Pullovers, Forward Rolls on the Rings)
Prerequisites:
Fundamentals: All are welcome! Can be scalable to all levels
THE Muscle-Up: 5/3 strict pull-ups, 5/3 strict dips, basic kipping pull-up/C2B ability.
Advanced Movement: Ring and Bar Muscle-ups, Freestanding Handstand, Strict Muscle-up is recommended.
