<h3>The Department of Workforce Services</h3><p>The department’s Workforce Development Division helps connect businesses with jobs seekers through their online job portal at <a href="https://jobs.utah.gov/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">jobs.utah.gov</a>. Post your positions with #ruraljobs in the job description to reach rural Utahns.</p>

<h3>Rural Online Initiative</h3><p>Through Utah State University Extension, the Rural Online Initiative provides specialized, research-based trainings for the remote work community. The <a href="https://extension.usu.edu/remoteworkcertificate/pro/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Master Remote Work Professional</a> certificate course equips workers with the tools and skills needed to be successful in a virtual career. The <a href="https://extension.usu.edu/remoteworkcertificate/leader/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Master Remote Work Leader </a>certificate course engages organizational leaders in appropriate techniques, curricula, and resources for the development of effective remote work environments.</p>

<h3>Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development</h3><p>GOED’s Office of Rural Development administers <a href="https://business.utah.gov/rural/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">state incentives</a> including the Rural Co-working and Innovation Center and the Rural Economic Development Incentive grants which fund co-working spaces and provide incentives to businesses for creating high-paying rural jobs.</p>
