Join us for an inspiring and energising day designed to take your running to the next level - blending performance, mindset, movement and recovery in one unforgettable experience.
Led by Chloe Sangster and Claire Dunn, two incredibly experienced ultra runners, who will be sharing their knowledge on all things endurance. Expect insights into training strategies, mindset and how to push beyond your limits.
Following the talk, we’ll head out on a guided trail run through the beautiful Dess Woods, taking in the stunning Dess Waterfall - the perfect way to put theory into practice and enjoy the outdoors.
After the run, refuel and recharge with a delicious lunch from Louise’s Farm Kitchen, giving you time to relax and connect.
We’ll then wind down the day with a restorative yoga session led by the lovely Laura Ross, helping you recover, reset and leave feeling refreshed.
