With extensive research and personal experience, Dee Britt will explore the four essential pillars that can transform your life: mindset, health, authenticity, and exploration.

Dee graduated from Anadarko, a small Oklahoma town. When she was young, she immersed herself in sports, running track, and playing basketball. As she got older, Dee realized she loved singing and playing guitar. Along with her profession as a licensed physical therapist, she fronted multiple bands throughout her adult life. Her songwriting led to writing novels, and after a nasty bout with burnout following the pandemic, she left physical therapy and now teaches others how to avoid and recover from burnout. Dee is a music lover and a dog and muscle car enthusiast. She might tell you, "Things just aren't right in my world without a tuned guitar, a dog by my side, and a full tank in my blue '68 Mustang."
