Loraine Jensen is the founder and president of the American Association for Runic Studies. She has developed an extensive network on runic research, including the Uppsala University in Sweden and the Smithsonian Institution. Those relationships and her expertise as a professional educator resulted in her being selected twice for a prestigious Fulbright Specialist appointment in Sweden.
