RUN NEW ROUTES | Starts March 29

Tired of running the same loop around your neighborhood? Looking for accountability partners in an unintimidating atmosphere?

RUN NEW ROUTES is a new class format. The group will rotate various trails in the Madison-area for four weeks. Group will meet on Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm. Locations include: Cap City Trail in Madison, Lower Yahara River Trail in McFarland, Pheasant Branch Conservancy in Middleton and Upper Yahara River Trail in DeForest.

One hour class includes a dynamic warm up, thirty minute run, cool-down and full body stretching. All paces (and walkers) welcome; group will run an out-and-back route so that the group sticks together.
