If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust my pace. Running or physical activity is not recommended and is not safe under some medical conditions. I aknowledge and accept to have my photo taken and consent to have my photo used for promotional purposes. I affirm that I alone am responsible for the decision to participate in the Pints & Miles Run Club.
