Rum & Rhythm™ Benefit - 2018

The Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation, registered in the state of New York, formed exclusively for charitableand educational purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.The CTO Foundation provides scholarships and financial assistance to Caribbean nationals interested in pursuing studies in tourism and hospitality, and also supports tourism employees wanting to improve their foreign language skills. Study grants are provided to persons pursuing training towards any level of certification. Scholarships are provided to individuals studying at a Masters (post graduate) level, who have the desire but not the resources to pursue their dreams.  Individuals granted these awards and scholarships must demonstrate academic excellence and leadership potential.

This signature event, a fundraiser to benefit the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) Foundation, will tantalize guests on a magical cultural journey through the Caribbean. Guests will experience the eclectic cuisines, pulsating rhythms, camaraderie and quintessential experiences the Caribbean offers. They will sample award winning Rums of the Caribbean, authentic cuisine prepared by Caribbean celebrity chefs and cocktails concocted by popular mixologists, while enjoying the rhythms of Caribbean music, at Capitale.
This elegant event will be the highlight of the social calendar of Caribbean Week in New York 2018 with special appearances by top Caribbean personalities and celebrities.
