Join Tim Kennedy for a ruck in DC bringing awareness to the missions of The Independence Fund, Green Beret Foundation, and Special Operations Association of America.
The ruck will be held in DC on June 13th with step off at 10:30 am.
Participants should arrive to the National Guard Memorial Building (1 Massachusetts Ave NW) at 10:00 for check in and prep.
Participants are encouraged to bring a hydration device for the 5-6 mile route. A hat, sunglasses and sunscreen, is a must. Military apparel is welcome, and a pair of hiking boots is highly recommended. Rucks are not required or provided. If bringing a ruck, the recommended weight is 35LBS for women, and 45LBS for men.
