We encourage birth partners to attend the session to gain helpful information about labour and birth.

Do I need to bring anything?

Many families find it helpful to bring something to take notes  for information that you may forget or want to research after the session. You are also welcome to bring a drink or snack to have during the session

Who will run the sessions?

Accepted Answer

The session will be run by a midwife from the Ruby Team who will guide you through the stages of labour; birth and birth related topics. It is also a good opportunity to meet other Ruby team midwives who may be with you in labour or see you at home once you have been discharged from hospital.
