Rubbout is an annual volunteer run event weekend in Vancouver BC. Started in 1992, Rubbout prides itself in putting all proceeds back into the next year’s event and is the longest running gay rubber event in North America.

<H2>The Thursday and Friday night parties at Pumpjacks are Pan-sexual Male dominated Dance parties as well as Puppy-bowl and the Gear Swap during the day Saturday. The Saturday night play-party under Celebrities as well as all three play-parties at Steamworks are for anyone that identifies as male. The Brunch is exclusive to whoever buys a weekend pass, you must have the pass to get in.</H2>
The weekend pass gets you into 9 events over 4 days and feeds you on Sunday.

Thursday March 30, 2017 7pm to 9 pm - Meat the Founder Bill Houghton will be at Pump jack Pub and you can wish him a Happy Birthday. There will be snacks and nibbles. Bill will be there in all his rubber glory to reminisce about the history of Rubbout. You will be able to get your weekend wristbands and packages here and tickets for the Sat Night Nextgeneration Gear/Play-party will be available
Friday March 31, 2017 3:00 pm-8:00 pm Pumpjacks Pub Meat and Greet - As you arrive in Vancouver or get off for the weekend slide on over to the PumpJack and pick up your weekend swag bags and wrist bands. Have a beer and meet the rest of Vancouver. Plenty of time to cross the street and change at the Sandman Rubbout's guest hotel og go home to change, just in time to come back and party the rest of the night.
Friday March 31, 2017 10:00pm - 3:00am Pumpjacks Pub Rubber Wet & Wild Dance Party - Dance in your Fetish Gear all night while the DJs bring down the house. Gogo boys in the Shower and lots of Leather men and Rubber men to rub up against. Shine Boys will be out and Pump jack Pub will be hopping. Weekend wristband holders will get past the door if you have them on. Cover charge for everyone else.
Friday March 31, 2017 Midnight - 5:00am Steamworks Rubbout All Night Play Party - After Dancing all night in gear at the wet and wild party head over to Steamworks and strip down to nothing. Get your sweat on and play all night long. WEEKEND PASS holders get free entry.
Saturday April 1, 2017 11:00am - 5:00pm Pumpjacks Pub Rubbout Gear-Swap - Every year this gear swap just gets better and better. This year is no different. Bring your gear in the morning and sell it at the swap and find some new gear you just have to have. Small cover charge has been added this year -just to enter the gear swap area. 2$, wrist band holders and Saturday night ticket holders free. 11:00 am until 1:00pm is intake. Bring your gear at this time if you want to sell it. Sales start at 1:00pm.
Saturday April 1, 2017 2:00pm - 4:00pm The Junction Pub Puppy Bowl - Yes this is across the street from the gear swap. Human Puppies from all over come to Vancouver to play at the Rubbout Puppy Bowl. There will be prizes and lots of fun times. Everyone is welcome. This is a pan-sexual event. There is no charge for this event but everyone is encouraged to buy something from the bar and tip the staff. Hosted by Pup Bowen & Pup Figaro
Saturday April 1, 2017 10pm-2am Underground in the basement at 1022 Davie street "The Next Generation Gear/Play Party "- This is the Rubbout 26 Weekend Saturday night gear party. For Men or people who identify as male. This is a party for all gear enthusiasts leather, sports or what ever your fetish to come out and play with the Rubbermen from all over the world. If you have no gear naked or a jock will be just fine but No street clothes please. It will be in the basement of Celebrities so be careful what line you line up in. Tickets at the door will be $45. If you still want to play and you are not worn out your wristband or Ticket Stub will get you into Steamworks after 1:30am
Sunday April 2, 2017 11:00 am-1:pm Empire Landmark The Next Generation Brunch - This Brunch is Tradition and is only for weekend pass holders. Yes we get to feast our sorry tired asses and see the unveiling of the Rubbout 27 theme and posters for 2018 Super Discount prices for 2018 weekend passes will be available at this brunch. This is a full on hotel style buffet with lots of bacon fruit and turkey sausage and eggs and lots of baking.
Sunday April 2, 2017 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm Steamworks Water-sports & J-lube Party - This play party gets better every year, Come to Steamworks and play in the shower area and join in the fun. Come slip around one last time! Weekend pass holders get in free.
