Event Description:

All levels yoga flow at LauderAle brewery. Challenge your balance as we incorporate a signature ale into the final poses of class for a playful sip n sweat session.

Hang out after to get social, refuel with some food and sample other beverages.

$16 early registration, $20 general registration. Includes 1 hour yoga class and a beer but please tip your bartender after class!

*must be 21+ to consume alcohol but all ages are welcome on site. Dog friendly.
