Ballet Flow Takes Coral Gables. Come and enjoy a pool side Ballet Flow fitness class , every Saturday morning. Channel the dancer with in you. Enjoy a 60 min full body work out that leaves you feeling confident and elevated. Join us for a low impact, sculpting work out that will lift, tone, align and burn from head to pointed toes. Led by the wonderful Natalia, you'll move with control and methodically to challenge your stability in your body. Do expect to sweat with the fusion of chill house music. Added benefits of working on your posture, breathing, flexibility and most important your mindset.
