Is this for Sales or Install staff?

Both. The Sony trainings get equally into the weeds on feature set and new technologies as well as best practices for installation and set up. Our representatives from all of our vendors can handle most sales and installation related questions.

There's TWO Sony trainings - Do I go to both?

NO! Unless you really want to. The two sessions are identical. The purpose is to accomodate more dealers and make things easier from a scheduling standpoint.
