Royal Brackla: Rare Whisky & Tapas

105 PiccadillyLondon, England
Thursday, June 11  •  6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Overview

Join us in the cellar for a guided Royal Brackla tasting with India Blanch, paired with tapas and rare sherry-cask whiskies.

An evening in the cellar with one of Scotland’s oldest royal whiskies.

Join us at the House for a guided tasting through the richer side of Royal Brackla, hosted by India Blanch, Brand Ambassador and excellent company to have beside a glass of whisky. Each whisky will be paired with tapas designed to bring out the deeper notes in the glass.

The line-up includes:

  • Royal Brackla 12 Year Old - finished in Oloroso sherry casks
  • Royal Brackla 18 Year Old - finished in Palo Cortado sherry casks
  • Royal Brackla 21 Year Old - finished in Oloroso, Palo Cortado & Pedro Ximénez casks
  • Royal Brackla 19 Year Old Exceptional Cask - Oloroso finish, bottled at 54.9%
  • Royal Brackla 23 Year Old Exceptional Cask - Tokaji cask finish, bottled at 53.3%

The final pour alone comes from a bottle worth close to £1,000, though this isn’t really about showing off rare bottles. It’s about trying whiskies you’d rarely open at home, let alone side by side.

An intimate tasting in the cellar. Good whisky, good food, and a very decent way to spend an evening.
