QTown CrossFit in Quincy Illinois is owned by two Quincy natives. Former professional soccer player Jennifer Nobis Dancer and Professional fitness athlete, international Crossfit coach and former D1 football player Sam Dancer. Qtown CrossFit is a Christian facility that seeks to honor God by impacting the lives of our employees, members, and community.Our approach to fitness makes sure that our coaches can maximize their ability to produce results for our clientele which, in turn, makes sure that our clients can make safe, efficient progress in their fitness journey.

Q-town CrossFit

Since partnering with Area 11 Special Olympics, QTown CrossFit has become a model of inclusion.  Sam Dancer and his staff opened their hearts to training a few “special” athletes.  As the relationships grew, so did the desire to impact more Special Olympic athletes through raising funds and awareness.  
The concept is simple: Participants, teams of 10 ($50 per athlete), compete together by completing a  26.2 mile row. But the Row Raiser is so much more than that: it’s the kind of fun that defines the CrossFit Community, a team atmosphere that is raising awareness and funds while expressing team  fitness through competition. Join us this year and experience an emotional event that has to be experienced to understand. 
The Official Site is hosted in Sam’s hometown of Quincy, Illinois.  In addition, there will be 12 locations across the state recognized as off-site locations.
