Join us for a special event at Row House North Hills to support the Stop The Judgement Project.
Their mission is simple: Ending the stigma of mental health disorders and substance use disorders in young adults.

Let's row together to raise awareness and promote positivity. The class is free of charge, with a minimum donation of $30 to STJP.
Please arrive to the studio by no later than 10:45am. Class will start at 11am and will last for 45 minutes. The event will take place at 6252A Northway Mall Dr. We are in the Northway mall directly next to Dave And Busters and Lands End. There is plenty of parking available in the lot outside.
Please bring your donation, a water bottle, clothing you feel comfortable working out in(nothing excessively long, to avoid getting caught on the seat tracks of the rower), and tennis shoes. Come sweat, have fun, and make a difference! See you there!
