Open invitation to ALL competitive exercisers to compete in CrossFit Route 7’s functional fitness Team competition Route 7 Rumble.  This intense one day competition will consist of 3 WODs for the following Divisions both Novice and RX.

After the 3 workouts, the top 3 Teams will battle for podium placement. With prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place competitors.

Requirements:
*Is able to distinguish quality movement repetitions and enforce movement standards
*Is able to volunteer for at least 3-4 hours
*Possibly Demonstrate movements for Athletes briefing

What are the Movement divisions?
Novice:

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking will be limited to the size of the event. Please park in marked parking spots. The box is Metro adjacent. Athletes are suggested to be dropped off to perserve spectator events.
 What can/can't I bring to the event?
Large Dogs or shedding pets must be kept outdoors. Coolers, chairs and food are permitted.

 What is the refund policy?
Route 7 Rumble tickets are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the competitor to transfer or sell purchased tickets. After completion of transfer or resale, please contact staff at <A TARGET="_blank" HREF="mailto:info@crossfitroute7.com" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">info@crossfitroute7.com</A>. Subject line: Ticket transfer Rumble 7. Within the email please provide the registration information of both the buyer and seller.
