-Certificate transfers/Military Competency tests -Civilian rotor pilot requirements (i.e. documents, min hours) -Fixed wing transition program and expected costs -Airline programs, payment structures -Airline profiles (with RTPs) bases, pay, QOL -How to gauge Quality of Life (FlexLife decision matrix)
