Week 1: Upper Body Extension & Flexion


Week 1 will look at upper body flexion and extension. When we don't have a good relationship between the push and pull forces, we tend to overwork the push and underperform in the pull.

Week 2: Upper Body Rotation


Week 2 will focus on combining the push and pull forces with upper body rotation. This will be our first look into multiplanar movement.

Week 3: Lower Body Extension and Flexion


Week 3 will focus on lower body extension and flexion. The Lower Body is where power generation comes from. Many people want to use their arms to push the ball farther but its all in the hips and leg...

Week 4: Lower Body Rotation


Week 4 will work into the drive that each side can perform separately and together.

This 4 week workshop series will cover exercises and concepts to develop a functional relationship between the upper and lower body as it pertains to rotational movement in sports.

Each week will cover a differnt topic. Choose the week(s) you would like to attend when registering!

Our bodies rely on rotary movement whether in sport or every day life. One of our first developmental milestones as babies is rolling. As we age, we don't develop that movement pattern as strongly as others leading to a higher risk of injury and movement compensation. In sports, rotation is what create power and drive. The goal of this workshop is to integrate the rotary pattern in your choice of sport whether that is golf, tennis, baseball, soccer, running, or the sport of life.

What do I need to bring/wear?

Please wear close-toed shoes and clothes you can easily move around in as we will be doing lots of movement. Because of the amount of movement we will do, water is also suggested to stay hydrated.

What time do I need to arrive?

Make sure to look at the times on the ticket you purchased and arrive accordingly. We recommend coming in about 5-10 minutes early to put things away and get settled.

I chose the wrong date/time when registering. Can I change it?

Please look at the times and dates in detail when you are purchasing tickets to make sure you are able to make the workshop(s) you have chosen. If you need to change a class date or time, please contact the host directly. Space is limited so changes may not be accommodated.
