In this 2-day class, you'll learn the art of bird taxidermy from the one and only Kevin Triolo. Kevin has been a certified taxidermist for the past 30 years with a specialty in avian taxidermy.
Get hands-on experience and create your own stunning piece of avian art. No experience necessary, just bring your creativity and love for these colorful creatures. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to spread your wings and explore the world of taxidermy!
Each student will learn proper museum-quality techniques; skinning, fleshing, wiring, body creation, mounting, posing and grooming their own bird to take home on a base. All supplies, tools & specimens will be provided by Vulture Academy.
Cancellations may be made 14 days or more prior to the class date - minus a 15% service charge. Cancellations on or within 14 days of the class date will be subject to a 50% of class cost (or full deposit) to offset our administration, staffing, site fees, marketing costs and if the spot cannot be filled. Cancellations within 7 days of the class are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a future class. 'Switching' to a future class is a cancellation.
**We cannot give cancellations / no-shows a refund or a credit for a future class should you miss or cancel. It's like missing a concert: if you miss the concert, you cannot get a credit for a future concert because that's a seat that could be filled.**
