A﻿ FREE event celebrating the diverse cultures and heritage of Fore Street through an exhibition of creative community projects. The event will feature:- Live music from DJ Moussa Fofana -﻿ Floriography workshop - Henna hand painting- Free cake, chai tea and samosas!WEDDING STORIESWe&#x27;ve collected an array of wedding stories from local residents to showcase different cultural practices and traditions. The exhibition will feature residents&#x27; wedding stories, outfits &amp; objects, and has been curated by artist Cath Carver with the support of the Fore Street For All Programme Assistants. Cath will also be delivering a floriography workshop inviting visitors to co-create a beautiful floral hanging using collage and mixed media materials. Floral bouquets and arrangements are often used to mark weddings and indeed many other special celebrations. I﻿mage below of Stephen &amp; Dorothy Rothon.

ECHOES OF ANGELSEchoes of Angels is a community heritage project that has invited residents to capture a portrait of Fore Street and the Joyce Avenue &amp; Snell’s Park estates in Angel Edmonton. The project combines residents’ photographs of Fore Street and recorded conversations into a temporary exhibition at Fore Street Library.

FORE STREET FLAGA community artwork has been created by local residents' to explore their stories of migration, culture and identity. The artwork features a series of 30 individual flags on bunting created by participants of a three textile workshops delivered by artist Elizabeth Salazar Guerra.
