When: May 31st- June 2nd, 2024

Where: Courtyard Philadelphia City Avenue Marriott

Pre-Planned Weekend Itinerary:

Day 1 - Friday Evening, May 31st: Meet and Greet- @10:00p - Meet in the lobby by 9:45p to head to the venue. Restaurant/Lounge TBD

Day 2: Saturday, June 1st - Depart Courtyard Philadelphia Hotel @2p to head to concert grounds - The Mann, Fairmount Park.
Depart at the closing of concert TBD to return to hotel.

Day 3: Sunday, June 2nd - Checkout Hotel and Depart from the hotel @11:45a.

Optional Day Party/Brunch- 12:30p-3p: Cray Tatse Old City

Depart from Fairmount Park @10:00p, arrive at White Marsh Mall around 11:30p. Depart from White Marsh Park & Ride and arrive at Tanger Outlet by 1:00a.

Hotel with Transportation Package Prices:

King/2 Double beds - $769 per person (based on double occupancy), which includes 3 days/2-night hotel accommodation and roundtrip transportation from DMV to Philly.

King bed $1019 (single occupant rate), which includes 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodation.

Hotel Only Package Prices:

King/2 Double beds - $379 per person (based on double occupancy), which includes 3 days/2-night hotel accommodation.
King bed $679 (single occupant rate), which includes 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodation.

An Initial $150 per person for HOTEL ONLY and $250 HOTEL & TRANSPORTATION deposit is due by May 1, 2024. Please note: The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Final payment due by May 31, 2024 (NO EXCEPTIONS) -

Payment Plans can be arranged for hotel and transportation packages only. Subsequent payments will be made via our secure online payment portal. The payment link and an individual invoice will be given once initial deposit has been made.

• Expenditure of a personal nature, such as meals, drinks, souvenirs etc.
• Meals and tours not mentioned
• Tips to driver, guide, hotel and restaurant staff.

• Whining/Complaining/Bad Vibes... Pls leave all of that at home.

*No refunds for events not attended due to flight delays, late attendance or non-participation.

**Late fees of $25 will be assessed for any payment not paid within 15 day grace period.

*Prices are based on costs, tariffs, taxes, charges, levies and rates at the time of booking. Increases of any of these costs or charges may result in an increase in the price of your vacation package.

*Missed payments of one or more payments as scheduled and your spot will be automatically canceled, and the following cancellation penalty will apply.

*All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and refunds are subject to cancellation schedule fee below.

Cancellation schedule fee for Hotel and Transportation & Hotel Only Packages:
31 days + prior to travel dates - $250-$150 deposit
14-0 days prior to travel date - 100% non-refundable
Cancellation Policy for transportation only: Tickets purchased are Final Sale but are considered Transferrable.

All Major Credit Cards are accepted with 3% processing fee.
