Sessions are £10 per session thereafter (select '£10 Pay at Event', at Checkout and pay cash at event ,or email us for BACS details rootshp22@gmail.com).


Sessions will be delivered in the football club (The Hub). Parking is available at the football club (although is limited).

No prior level of fitness is required (although see Contraindications in FAQ's).

Sessions will be 50-60mins in length.

Benefits of the sessions are suited to all health/fitness goals.

Just bring yourself in comfortable clothes you can exercise in, a towel and water are advised, footwear is optional, a smile and enthusiasm is compulsory :-)

Who is this suitable for?

These classes are suitable for anyone over the age of 16 years old who is looking to improve their health, fitness or performance. All sessions include scaled-options of exercise and movements and therefore there is no pre-requisite level of fitness expected - although see Contraindications FAQ.

Contraindications

These sessions are NOT suitable for anyone who; is pregnant or less than 6 weeks post-partum, has an existing musculo-skeletal injury, has been advised by GP or other health specialist to not partake in exercise, or has answered 'Yes' to any of the questions on the PAR-Q form provided during booking

How does this differ from other exercise classes?

ROOTS Fusion sessions have been expertly devised by a professional with over 20 years experience in strength and conditioning, movement and breathwork. Sessions include a combination of movement to encourage mobility and brain health, breathwork to improve physical and mental health, and performance

How intense are the sessions?

Sessions have been devised so that each individual can work at their own pace and only push themselves as and when they feel motivated to. You can come and go through the motions if you're tired, or give yourself a good thrashing if you're feeling full of energy - it's up to.

What if i'm under 16 years old?

Generally speaking, under 16's are at a very different stage of physical and mental development than people over 16yrs and therefore generally require a level of supervision which is specific to their needs. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss this further as not everyone is the same.

Is there a youth class?

A youth development session will be introduced in the coming months - if enough people show interest (please get in touch).
