So many women are praised for how well they carry it all while silently wondering how much longer they can. I've learned that strength isn't pretending everything is okay.Strength is acknowledging when you're overwhelmed.Strength is asking for support.Strength is creating space for your own needs before burnout forces you to.Strength is realizing that your value was never tied to how much you can carry. In partnership with with Embraced in Grace Moms Collective, we'll be hosting a workshop on June 27th for working moms called the "Rooted Reset" — this is an intentional morning designed for women who are tired of living in survival mode and ready to reconnect with themselves. Together we'll explore practical tools to help you:🌿 Quiet the mental noise🌿 Reconnect with what matters most🌿 Create space for your own well-being🌿 Lead from a place of calm, confidence, and clarityBecause the strongest thing you can do isn't carrying more.It's learning how to put some of it down.💛 If that resonates with you, I'd love to have you join us.
