Rooted & Released is a faith-based movement experience designed for anyone curious about dance, creative expression, and worship; whether you've never stepped into a studio or you've been dancing for years.

More than a dance class, this interactive workshop blends movement exploration, foundational technique, biblical discussion, and creative application to help participants discover how movement can become a meaningful expression of faith.

Choose the session that's right for you:

🌱 Kids Lab (Ages 6–13) | 10:00–10:55 AM
A fun, engaging introduction to creative movement through games, storytelling, music, and biblical themes that encourage confidence, imagination, and joyful expression.

🌿 Youth & Adult Lab (Ages 14+) | 11:00 AM–12:55 PM
An exploratory workshop featuring foundational movement training, guided discussion, Scripture, creative exercises, and movement experiences that invite participants to see dance beyond performance, as worship, communication, and purpose.

No dance experience is necessary. Just come ready to move, learn, ask questions, and discover what it means to be rooted in God's Word and released through movement.
