ROOTED: A worship & wellness experience focused on uprooting trauma and growing in Christ through worship, healing dialogue, and community.

Rooted is a worship and wellness experience inspired by Colossians 2:6–7, created to bring faith and mental health together in a meaningful and restorative way. This evening is designed for individuals seeking healing, renewal, and deeper grounding in Christ.

The night will begin with a Networking Hour from 3:30 PM–5:30 PM, offering attendees the opportunity to connect with local small businesses and community partners in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Following networking, the main program will include moments of praise and worship, a creative presentation, and a mental health panel discussion centered on uprooting trauma, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. The evening will also feature a word of encouragement from a guest minister, closing with a powerful worship experience led by Avenue of Praise.
