See how grounding against a a tree can reset your system in a way indoor wall never could. Come experience the multidimensional benefits for yourself and leave refreshed and relaxed.We will gather in the grove, introduce ourselves to the trees intuitively choose your tree, begin your energy exchange and experience a guided full body downgrade. Using a combination of zero gravity rooted inversion (legs up a tree), calming breathwork and presence focused meditation, we will anchor our physical and mental energy directly into the earth.You will leave with a simple, repeatable grounding practice you can use any time you need to reset.Bring your yoga mat or beach towel, comfortable clothes suitable for leaning against tree bark and bug spray.Payment is required to secure your spot.
