Affectionately known as "Thommy with an H," Thommy has become a driving force in networking, leveraging the power of Love, Generosity, and Appreciation to build his business entirely by referral.

Thommy hosts a variety of local events such as Thrill the World Orlando, Mix, Mingle, & Mastermind, and Nacho Average Happy Hour, all aimed at bringing together awesome people and raising money for charity.

Thommy is a Certified Referral Trainer known for his high-energy, passionate delivery, and value-driven approach to sales and service.

Thommy is endorsed by Michael J Maher, North America's Most Referred Real Estate Agent, and founder of The Generosity Generation. In 2020, Thommy was honored with the Generosity Generation's Big Heart Award for his dedication to living a life grounded in Love Generosity, and Appreciation

Max Wardlaw


There aren’t many people who are more passionate, driven, and dedicated to their craft than Maxwell Wardlaw. The backbone of Magnetic Home Group and Founding-Member of The Magnetic Agent Collective, Max combines a wide-range of life experiences to provide innovative solutions and tailor-made services to his clients. Born and raised in Kalamazoo Michigan, Max embodies Midwest hospitality, unwavering grit, and brings an element of fun to all thing’s real estate. After earning his BFA in Music Theatre Performance from Western Michigan University in 2012, Max moved to New York City to further pursue his acting career. In a moment of serendipity, Max collaborated as a guest artist with LaGuardia Community College and Artists Striving to End Poverty (ASTEP) to develop a new play exploring the meaning of “home” and its relation to the NYC homelessness epidemic. Without this life-changing experience, Max would have never found his vocation in the real estate industry.

Since earning both his Michigan real estate license in 2014 and his Florida real estate license in 2019, Max has dedicated himself to helping families realize their homeownership goals. He is known as a servant leader in the industry, training hundreds of agents and real estate teams across the country how to put themselves in the spotlight, build lasting relationships, and grow their businesses organically through his cutting-edge Open House system. Outside of real estate, Max and his husband RJ love traveling to new places, exploring our National Parks, cooking elaborate meals, and spending quality time with their two rescue dogs, Teddy and Toby.
