Join us for the First Annual One-Day event – Rooted: A Wellness SummitA powerful, immersive gathering where indigenous culture, embodiment, and mental health come into sacred conversation.This is not your typical conference.This summit is built on 4 key transformative pillars: REMEMBER, REGULATE, REFLECT &amp; INTEGRATE. Each will have its own dedicated space, thoughtfully curated with specific services, workshops, and facilitators. Each will run in parallel throughout the day, hosting immersive 60-minute sessions with intentional space between rotations.
