Sound Bath
Join us for an unforgettable Sound Bath experience at Sage Spirits in Thousand Oaks, CA. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Our skilled sound healer, Alana, will guide you through this unique journey, creating a harmonious atmosphere for your mind, body, and spirit.
Doors will open at 10am and the sound bath will start at 10:15am and run about an hour. Once we start the doors will be locked so make sure to be on time!
We suggest bringing a yoga mat and any blankets or pillows that will make you most comfortable. We will have cork yoga mats for sale as well if you would like to purchase one. All sales final.
