Is it necessary to have knowledge of Ayurveda or Yoga to join the event?

Accepted Answer

No! All levels are welcome. The Ayurveda masterclass will be beginner level, making it adequate for those who have no experience with this science. The Yoga practice is friendly for both beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners.

Will I get to know in depth what my Ayurveda body type is?

Accepted Answer

The workshop aims to give you practical tools to know how to handle any imbalances your body might present on account of the season change. Any deeper analysis of your body constitution will not be covered but Dominique is happy to discuss with you about a suitable personalized Ayurveda program.

How demanding will the yoga practice be?

Accepted Answer

The yoga practice will be suitable for all levels with a focus on vigour and aimed at energizing the body for spring.
