Blending the ancient wisdom of sound healing with the intelligence of somatic movement, this experience is designed to restore inner calm, recalibrate your nervous system, and reconnect you to your inherent, grounded feminine energy. Guided by somatic therapist Pam Godbois, LICSW and ERYT-500, and Cassia Daches, Sound Practitioner and RYT 500, you will embark on a deeply restorative journey. We will lead you through a healing arc that moves you from the noise of stress and overthinking toward a state of profound presence and energetic ease. Step out of your head and drop into the deep, intuitive wisdom held within your body and breath. This immersive experience includes: Guided practices for nervous system regulation and conscious breathwork. Intuitive somatic movement to gently release held stress and ground your energy. A restorative sound bath for cellular and vibrational healing. Journaling prompts for intuitive reflection and optional oracle card pulls for clarity. A co-creation ritual, such as a healing oil roller or moon water, to ground your intentions. A closing circle and light, seasonally-inspired nourishment. Who is this for? This space is crafted for women and femmes navigating stress, burnout, or life transitions, who feel called to return to their body's natural rhythms and reclaim their peace. No prior experience is required—just an open heart and a readiness to receive. What to bring: A yoga mat or comfortable surface for rest. A water bottle. Your journal and a pen. Optional items for your comfort: a cozy blanket, an eye pillow, or a small personal object for our shared altar.
