Event attendees will walk a path of larger-than-life interactive photo displays that shed light on the mental health journeys of Chicagoans highlighting the brightness that has come from their experiences. You'll be captivated by the beauty and power of these displays, and moved by the stories of hope and resilience they tell.
The “Room for Light” initiative is about more than just art. It's about creating a space for people to connect, reflect, and heal - dismantling layers of stigma that often stand in the way of recovery. The goal is to take a step closer to creating a world where mental health is treated with the same care and respect as physical health.
