The facilitator teaches subtle techniques and introduces unforgettably engaging exercises aimed to practice utilizing experiences, talents, courses, and associations to demonstrate how you are prepared for the position (if and when work experience is lacking).
Lastly, we address concerns about "issues" or "circumstances" that might work for or against you. We confidentially attempt to cover strategies to combat such stigmas (if and when they exist) both within our workshops, but also in our one-on-one sessions.

Facilitator has experience in advising students in BS and MS programs within universities and early career professionals. She held many positions in human capital development, training, adult learning, and advising. She has organized career fairs, resume drives, and worked on many grants focused on "talent pipeline" planning for public service organizations.
