Breathwork, Yoga and Sound Bath
Start your Sunday morning with light breathwork, gentle yoga and a sound bath overlooking the ocean on the rooftop of the beautiful Sonesta Redondo Beach Hotel. This in-person event takes place every Sunday at 09:30:00am -11am(Pacific Daylight Time).
We move indoors if raining.
Lucia will guide you through 5 minutes of breathwork, then a 55 minute yoga flow, helping you connect with your body, mind, and breath. Sound bath facilitator Soraya will lead you on a 30 minute journey of relaxation and inner peace, using the healing sounds of crystal bowls and other instruments.
Take in the stunning views of the ocean as you breathe, stretch, move and unwind. This event is perfect for anyone looking to destress, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of calm.
