Paddlefish is an iconic restaurant, bar and special events venue located aboard a reimagined, modern and luxurious steamboat. Docked on the shores of Lake Buena Vista, Paddlefish is the only venue inDisney Springsto offer rooftop-level, waterfront seating. We are proud to celebrate and share the fresh seafood catches of our nations robust and abundant waters. Our nets and rods are cast wide from the gulf to the east and west coasts to capture the tastiest and safest fish we can showcase to our guests.

Come aboard our 3rd deck rooftop and enjoy a four course tasting menu highlighting old world wines paired with new world cuisine including grilled shrimp, tuna crudo and surf & turf.

THIRD COURSE Surf & turf, marinated lamb loin with char-grilled octopus, warm Nueske bacon marmalade, harissa demi glace, mint gremolata Wine pairing: Mocali Brunello di Montalcino
FOURTH COURSE White chocolate and passionfruit mousse, ginger florentine cookie Wine pairing: Poire Prisonniere
