Every last Saturday of the month, prepare to dive into the fascinating world of jazz, in a journey led by Ed Jackson that will allow you to experience the pleasant sensations of life which is hosted by Jackson Room in Queens, New York.

Register to get your ticket and join us at the Jackson Room for a live performance with the Ron Jackson Quartet on Saturday, Feb 28th, 2026. There will be 1 show at 7:30pm EST. Ron will have is full band with Ed Jackson on Saxophone, Ron Jackson on Guitar, Sasha Mayman on Drums and Radam Schwartz on Organ.

The Jackson Room which is located in the heart of historical Queens, happens to be in the neighborhood where Ed grew up. This particular area of Queens in the town of St Albans, was home to an uncanny number of musicians including Count Basie, Fats Waller, Illinois Jacquet, Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong, James Brown, Ella Fitzgerald, Lenny White to name a few. In fact, John Coltrane lived on Mexico street which is just a few blocks away from the venue.

The Jackson Room has provided Ed Jackson with a chance to fulfill a more personal mission of enhancing Queens’ cultural landscape by bringing jazz back to the community.
