Quad roller skates are recommended. Blades are ok. Skates can be purchased at Big Wheel Roller Skating Center.

Do I have to wear protective gear?

Protective gear is highly recommended, especially for beginners. Knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, and a helmet can help prevent injuries.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Workout attire is recommended.

What happens during class?

Each class includes:

* Warm-up
* Beginner skating instruction
* RollerFit cardio
* Music and movement
* Balance and confidence exercises
* Cool down

How much does class cost?

Launch Special:

Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, but online registration is strongly recommended since class sizes are limited.

What is your cancellation policy?

Registration fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, please contact us as early as possible. When possible, we’ll work with you to transfer your registration to a future class.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in RollerFit™.
