Our group lessons consist of four segments, starting with a warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints for optimal performance and injury prevention. The technical review segment focuses on exercises to enhance your forward and backward skating, braking techniques, transitions, jumps, and turns. Our dance segment allows you to practice the latest roller dance moves and Sofi designs a new choreography every month to challenge your endurance, balance, and flow.
