Charleston's Absent Friends (CAF) are jazzing up Rocky Horror (can you believe it's possible?!) with some extra fun this year by drawing from Broadway favorites. The show's additional glam will include preshow drag routines from The Book of Mormon and Cabaret, among others, in addition to Rocky character revamps with characters from the same musicals. Look forward to a highly entertaining mash-up of fandoms the likes of which you've never seen!
Remember this is a bring-your-own seating event, so pack your camp chairs and blankets for tailgate-style viewing. Doors open at 7:30 show starts at 8:00(ish—or when the sun sets!).
There will also be a:

- RAFFLE BASKET featuring all sorts of Rocky Horror, Broadway, and Pride fun! $1 tickets to enter

CAF will have tons of Rocky merch for sale. Sales help CAF move forward with their most noble non-profit mission. 👄
Itinerant Literate will have an outdoor shop featuring LGBTQIA+, Rocky Horror, and Broadway books and merchandise. A portion of all sales from Pride week go to Park Circle Pride beneficiaries We Are Family and the Alliance for Full Acceptance (AFFA).
Knotty by Moonlight will also be on site selling knotted rope and macrame goods.

Food & Drink
Crunchie's Candy Company will be on hand with candy for sale, and CAF will offer a snack stand with soft drinks and water and an assortment of baked goods and salty snacks for purchse.

About the Show
What is a shadow cast? The Rocky Horror Picture Show will be performed live by actors, while the movie plays behind them onscreen. There are screen-accurate costumes, props, and set pieces. This tradition features prop bags, callbacks, and all the traditional Rockyisms that have been alive and well since 1975! Come transport yourself into Transylvania for a night you will not forget!
