THE CHALLENGE
Learn programming through either Snap or Arduino so you can control your CoDrone. Put your skills to the test during our Robolink CoDrone Competition!
THE DETAILS
3rd through 12th grade students are invited to compete in teams of 1-5 people. Challenges during the competition will require both autonomous programs as well as remote controls, which must be programmed by the team. Each challenge will have a certain number of points attached to it, and judges will also assign points for coding competency and creativity. The team with the most amount of points wins!
THE PROGRAMMING
Robolink offers CoDrone programming classes at their centers in Sorrento Valley and 4S Ranch, and instructors can help students prepare for the competition. We also have online tutorials for CoDrone Lite and CoDrone Pro on our website.
THE DRONE
CoDrone Lite and CoDrone Pro are both available on Robolink, Amazon, and Newegg.
RULES
Tentative rules are available here. Please be aware that rules may change until the day of the competition, although we will try our best to make only minor changes or clarifications.
REGISTRATION
Ticket price is per team, not per team member! After registering, please fill out this form so we know your team name, team members, and grade levels. All teams must register by February 1, 2018 at 11:59 pm.
